VertigoMe can read your calendar and turn events into log entries for you. A "Yoga class" can become an activity and a relief, a long flight can become travel plus a passive motion trigger, and a stressful deadline can become a trigger, without you tapping anything.
What gets read
Calendar events are a Premium feature. When you switch on Calendar events in Data and Notifications, VertigoMe reads events from all the calendars on your phone, for a window of about 3 days back to 6 days ahead. Looking ahead means planned events can also feed into your 7-day risk outlook.
Nothing is written back to your calendar. It is read-only.
What happens to each event
Each event title is sent to an AI classifier that compares it with your own lists of activities, reliefs and triggers. One event can count as more than one type.
- Activity, for example a run, a gym session or a social evening.
- Relief, for example massage, meditation or rest.
- Trigger, for example a salty meal out, a late night, a long drive or boat trip, or a big deadline.
- Skip, for things that say nothing about your health, like birthdays or admin.
Anything mapped to an activity, relief or trigger is saved to your log automatically. Anything mapped to skip is ignored.
Where you see it
If your phone allows VertigoMe to read your calendar, the evening check-in has a page called From your calendar, straight after the note page. It lists what was saved for that day. Each row has two buttons:
- Undo removes that entry.
- Never suggest again removes the entry and remembers that you never want this title logged.
One entry per day
If the same event appears twice on one day, it is only logged once for that day, so back-to-back blocks do not double-count.
