VertigoMe is a personal health tracking application designed to help users log spins, symptoms, treatments, and related health data. It is operated by Andlane Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16945714, registered office Flat 19 Milliner House, Hortensia Road, London SW10 0QB ("we", "our", "us").
You must be at least 16 years old to use VertigoMe. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the app on behalf of a minor, you take full responsibility for their use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to:
VertigoMe includes community features such as a forum and discussion boards. When participating, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to ban users who repeatedly violate them.
Zero tolerance. Objectionable content and abusive users are not tolerated. Every post and reply can be reported from inside the app, and any user can be blocked; a blocked user's content disappears from your feed at once. We act on every report within 24 hours: content that breaks these rules is removed and the account that posted it is ejected.
You retain full ownership of the health data you enter into VertigoMe. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the app's features to you.
We will never sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

VertigoMe integrates with third-party services such as Garmin, Polar, Google Health Connect, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by third-party services.
The Shop in the app, and some links elsewhere in the app, point to products sold by other companies. We do not make, sell, supply or deliver these products. When you buy one, you buy it from that seller under their terms, and questions about the product, its delivery, returns, refunds, warranty or safety go to them.
A product shown in the app is not a medical recommendation and not a promise that it will help your condition. We do not test these products. Descriptions, prices and availability come from the seller and can change. Check with your doctor or pharmacist before you use a product for a health reason, and follow the seller's instructions.
Some of these links earn us a commission. This never adds to the price you pay.
VertigoMe lets you share your diary with a health professional you choose. It may also show practitioners or clinics you can contact. These practitioners are independent. They are not our employees or agents, a listing in the app is not a recommendation by us, and we do not check their qualifications or supervise the advice they give.
Goals, exercises and films a practitioner sets for you through the app are that practitioner's own advice, given under their professional rules and their own insurance. We pass them on and do not review them. Follow them as you would advice given in their clinic, and stop any exercise that causes pain or makes you feel unwell. If in doubt, ask the practitioner or another qualified professional.
Sharing your diary with a practitioner is your choice. You can end it in the app at any time. Once shared, your data is also covered by that practitioner's own professional and legal duties.
All content, design, code, and branding within VertigoMe is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VertigoMe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on app data or insights.
We are not liable for advice, goals, exercises or films that a practitioner gives you through the app. Those are the practitioner's responsibility.
We are not liable for products you buy from other sellers through links in the app. The seller is responsible for those products.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You may stop using VertigoMe at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use of VertigoMe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
