How it thinks

An AI co-pilot for your vestibular system

Three AI layers, weighted differently per subtype. Transparent inputs, explainable outputs. Always grounded in your real data, never general-population averages.

Subtype-aware onboarding

You pick one or more subtypes (or describe your symptoms). The AI configures your tracking surface, scales (DHI, VSS-SF, HHI) and initial risk weights to match your subtype profile. Vestibular migraine emphasises sleep and pressure. Meniere's emphasises sodium and tinnitus. BPPV emphasises position and laterality.

Chat assistant

Ask anything about your data, your risk and your treatment history. The assistant has access to your full profile, recent metrics, subtype context and audiogram history, and answers grounded in your real numbers rather than general advice.

Correlation engine

Statistical analysis across all your metrics and spins. Personal triggers ranked by significance, not guesswork. The engine surfaces subtype-relevant correlations first: sodium-spin for Meniere's, sleep-spin for vestibular migraine, position-spin for BPPV.

Risk gauge & forecast

A real-time risk score that updates throughout the day, plus a 7-day rolling forecast. Inputs include sleep, sodium, pressure trend, recovery, tinnitus state and your personal trigger profile. Tap the gauge to see exactly which factors are pushing your risk up today.

What goes into your daily risk score

  • Sleep last night and over the past 3 nights (duration, efficiency, disturbances)
  • Sodium intake yesterday and 7-day average (weighted heavily for Meniere's)
  • Barometric pressure change over the last 24 hours and forecast for next 24 hours
  • HRV and recovery from your wearable (weighted heavily for PPPD)
  • Tinnitus state shift from baseline (weighted heavily for Meniere's)
  • Hormonal phase if cycle tracking is on (weighted heavily for vestibular migraine)
  • Personal trigger history learned from your last 12 weeks of spin logs
  • VRT adherence over the past week (lower adherence raises baseline risk in PPPD and chronic cases)

The risk gauge is a personal pattern indicator, not a medical diagnosis. It improves the more data you log.
