Questionnaire scores are most useful as a trend. A reminder helps you retake them regularly.
Turning the reminder on
- Tap the gear icon in the top-left of the screen.
- Tap Data and Notifications.
- On the Notifications card, find Questionnaire reminder.
- Turn the switch on. It starts at Monthly.
- Choose Monthly, Every 2 months or Every 3 months.
You can also tap the Reminder row at the bottom of the Questionnaires screen. It shows your current setting, for example "Every 1 month(s)" with the next date, or Off · tap to set one, and takes you to the same place.
Notifications must be allowed for VertigoMe. The switch stays greyed out until they are. Like the questionnaires, the reminder is part of Premium.
How it works
- The reminder counts from the last time you took the questionnaire that is most overdue.
- You get one notification, named after the questionnaire that is due.
- Each time you save a questionnaire, the next reminder is planned again from that date.
- The reminder is set on your phone, so it keeps working after a restart.
Suggested rhythm
- DHI: every month or two.
- VSS-SF: monthly.
- HHI: every few months, or after a treatment change.
If you are in vestibular rehabilitation, your physiotherapist may ask for a different rhythm. Follow their advice.
Turning it off
