Using Ask VertigoMe (the chat assistant)

On Home there is a card called Ask VertigoMe, with the line Chat with your spin data. It opens a chat where you can ask questions about your own spins, sleep, triggers, medicines and more. It answers in plain words from what it can see in your data.

It is part of Premium.

These steps are the same on iPhone and Android.

A Premium feature

During your trial you can use it freely. After the trial, without a subscription, the card shows Unlock AI Chat with Ask questions about your health data. Tapping it opens the subscription screen.

How to open it

  1. Open Home and scroll down to the Ask VertigoMe card.
  2. Tap the card. The chat opens.

How to ask a question

When the chat is empty you see a short welcome and three suggestions, such as "Why have I felt off this week?", "How has my sleep tracked against spins?" and "Any patterns before my last spin?".

  1. Tap a suggestion, or tap the text box at the bottom and type your own question.
  2. Tap send. You will see VertigoMe is typing…, then the answer.

Keep going with follow-up questions like a normal chat.

Good questions to try

What it can and cannot do

Your messages are sent to our AI providers to generate answers. The chat is for information, not medical advice.

Daily message limit

You can send up to 30 messages a day. The number left is shown at the top of the chat. The count resets each day (midnight UTC). If you reach the limit, you can still read the conversation and ask again tomorrow.

If something goes wrong

  1. Check your internet connection. The chat needs one.
  2. If you see an error, tap Dismiss, close the chat and open it again.
  3. If the conversation has gone, the chat simply started fresh. Your data is not affected.

If it still will not work, write to help@vertigome.com.
