Tempdrop is an armband that measures your temperature while you sleep, mostly for cycle tracking. We want to be straight with you: VertigoMe cannot read Tempdrop readings.
Why
The Tempdrop app saves its readings as basal body temperature in Apple Health or Health Connect. VertigoMe reads the general body temperature type, which is a different category. So Tempdrop readings do not appear in the Skin temperature metric or anywhere else in VertigoMe.
Keeping Tempdrop's sharing switched on is still worth it, so your readings stay in one place for you and your doctor.
What you can do
If you use Tempdrop for cycle tracking, the part VertigoMe can use is your period.
- Log the first day of each period in VertigoMe. Tap the Monitor tab, then the Menstruation card, and use Log a Period.
- If your period app shares periods with Apple Health or Health Connect, VertigoMe can read them from there. See the cycle app guides in this help centre.
