Sharing your data with your practitioner

If you work with a practitioner who uses VertigoMe, you can share your diary with them directly, so you do not have to keep sending PDFs. You choose exactly what they see, and you can stop at any time. Sharing your data is part of Premium.

Finding your practitioner

  1. Tap the Community icon in the top-right (the group of people).
  2. Tap the Practitioners tab at the start of the row.
  3. Tap a practitioner's card to read about them in their own words.
  4. From there you can Book an intro call or tap Share your data.

The Near you list shows practices found nearby through Google. They are not part of VertigoMe and cannot see your diary.

Choosing what to share

When you tap Share your data, a sheet shows what the practitioner has asked to see, grouped like the app's own cards: Spins, Triggers, Diet, Medicines, Treatments, Sleep, Physical Health, Cognitive, Environment, Menstruation, Risk and Insights.

Nothing is visible until the practitioner accepts on their side.

What they see

Your practitioner reads your data on their own dashboard on the web. It is read-only. If they want more than you granted, they can ask, and only you can say yes.

On the Practitioners tab, Sharing with shows each connected practitioner, what they can see and when they last looked.

Appointments

Once you share, the practitioner's page has an Appointments section. Tap Suggest a time, pick a date and time, and tap Send suggestion. They can suggest times too. A suggestion shows Waiting for an answer until someone taps Accept or Decline, and you can Withdraw your own. Accepted appointments appear under Upcoming with Add to calendar.

AI summaries

Your sharing choices include Allow AI summaries. It lets your practitioner ask for an AI summary of what you share. The summary is made by OpenAI without your name, but can include notes you wrote. The same choice lets them record a session with you and turn it into text and a draft note. The sound is not kept. Leave it unticked and they can do neither.

Stopping

On the Practitioners tab, under Sharing with, tap Stop sharing and confirm. They lose access straight away. Tap Change at any time to narrow or widen what they see.
