Your weekly overview sits on the Monitor tab, on the Spins card. You can read it without tapping anything.
If you have just started, you will see "Your weekly overview will appear after your first week of tracking." That is normal.
Where to find it
- Tap the Monitor tab.
- Find the Spins card.
What it shows
Three small tiles:
- This week. Spins logged in the last seven days, with an arrow up or down compared with last week and the label "this week (vs X)", where X is last week's count. On a week that is up, the number turns red.
- Average spin severity this week, to one decimal. The colour moves from green through amber to red as it rises.
- Total all time.
If you also log headaches, a second row splits the week into spins and headaches, and the headache average shows on its own line.
Below that you may see:
- Free days this month, with how many were spin days, headache days or dizzy days.
- Days spin-free, once your current run reaches two days or more, with your longest run this year.
While a spin is still open, a Spin in progress row at the top shows how long it has been going.
Tapping in for more
Tap the card to open Frequency. This is Premium. On the free plan the card shows a padlock and the tap opens the subscription page. Frequency shows This week, Per month and Total, a monthly trend, the last 12 weeks, your busiest day of the week and how long your spins last.
A quiet or a busy week
A count of 0 or 1 with a down arrow is a good week. If the count is up two weeks running, it is worth looking at Insights to see what changed, and raising it with your ENT or neurologist.
