The Sodium today card only counts food that has reached VertigoMe today. If it shows 0 mg, one of these is usually the reason.
- Nothing is logged yet today. The card adds up today's food only. It starts again at midnight in your local time.
- The food had no sodium figure. Some database entries list only a few nutrients. Try a fuller search result or scan the package.
- The food was logged in another app. Meals from other apps only arrive if that app shares them with Apple Health or Health Connect and includes sodium, and Nutrition is on under the gear icon, Data and Notifications, Nutrition.
- The screen has not refreshed. Switch to another tab and back to Home.
Checking what was counted
Tap the card to open the Diet screen. Today's Log lists each food, and All Nutrients shows today's sodium total.
