The tinnitus detail sheet: which ear, what it sounded like, how long

When you tap Tinnitus louder among the symptoms of a spin, VertigoMe opens a short Tinnitus sheet: "Which ear, what it sounded like, and how long it lasted." Every part is optional.

Which ear?

Tap Left ear, Right ear or both.

What did it sound like?

Pick the closest: Ringing, Buzzing, Roaring, Hissing or Pulsating.

How long did it last?

Tap a length (5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes), or Custom to type the minutes.

When did it start?

It starts as Now (tap to change). Tap it to pick an earlier time. You can also set an End (optional). Start, end and length stay in step: set an end and the length is worked out, or pick a length and the end moves. Times in the future are not accepted.

If it changed

Tap It changed — add another to log a second moment, for example when it moved to the other ear. Earlier moments are listed under Earlier.

Saving or skipping

Where the sheet appears

In the Symptoms step of Log Spin, and in Quick Log, Spin.

Why the detail helps

Which ear, and what kind of sound, can be useful for your ENT or audiologist. One-sided changes in particular are worth mentioning to them. The details stay with the spin in your Journal and your logs.
