How VertigoMe uses your sleep

Many people find that short, broken or irregular sleep lines up with their spins, and poor sleep is a commonly reported vestibular migraine trigger. VertigoMe reads your sleep from your phone or wearable and can turn unusual nights into triggers.

What VertigoMe looks at

How it becomes a trigger

Under Manage Items, Triggers, the Sleep category has automatic triggers such as Sleep duration low, Sleep duration high (above 10 hours), Bedtime late, Wake time early, Wake time late, Sleep disturbances high and the stage triggers. Each day your sleep is compared with set limits and with your own last two weeks. A night far from your usual fires the trigger, which then counts in your risk score.

Where to see your sleep

  1. Tap the Monitor tab.
  2. The Sleep card shows Sleep duration, Fell asleep time and Woke up time by default.
  3. Tap the card for the full Sleep screen, with all metrics. The history graph is Premium.

No watch?

If nothing is tracked, the card stays empty and VertigoMe relies on everything else it knows.

Turning it off

Tap the gear icon, then Data and Notifications, and open the Sleep section to switch individual sleep metrics off.
