Sometimes you want a clean slate. There are two ways to start over.
You do not have to do this. Old entries can also just stay in the past.
Option 1: keep your account, clear your data
Your account, email and subscription stay. You clear your lists and your logged spins.
Step A: clear your lists
- Tap the gear icon at the top left, then Manage Items.
- You will see Spins (your symptom list), Triggers, Medicines, Reliefs, Prodromes, Locations, Activities and Missed Activities.
- Open a category. Tap the red trash icon on an item, then Delete to confirm.
Removing an item from a list does not change spins you already logged.
Step B: clear your logged spins
- Open the Journal tab.
- On each entry, tap the three dots, then Delete, then Delete again to confirm.
This takes a while if you have many entries.
Step C: start fresh
To answer the setup questions again, open Profile and tap Redo Onboarding. This walks you through setup again and leaves your data as it is.
Option 2: delete the account
If you do not want the account any more, see Deleting your account permanently. It is quicker, and it cannot be undone.
Your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google.
- If you clear your data but keep your account, your subscription carries on.
- If you delete your account, the subscription is not cancelled for you. Cancel it in the App Store or Play Store, or you will keep being billed.
Imported history
If you imported history from another app, remove it in one go: gear icon → Import history → Remove next to the import.
Forum posts
Forum posts and comments belong to your account, not to your spins. Clearing your spins does not remove them. Deleting your account does.
