Sharing your diary with a practitioner

You can let a practitioner see parts of your VertigoMe diary. You decide what they see, and you can stop at any time.

Where to find it

  1. Tap the people icon at the top right.
  2. Open the Guidance tab.

You see the practitioners you can work with through VertigoMe. Tap a card to read more about them.

Booking an intro call

Book an intro call is free. It does not share any of your data.

Sharing your data

Sharing is a Premium feature.

  1. On the practitioner's card, tap Share your data.
  2. A sheet shows what they would like to see.
  3. Tap Share all of it, or Choose what to share to pick groups one by one. The groups include your spins, triggers, diet, medicines, treatments, sleep, physical health, stress and screen time, weather, your cycle, your daily risk and your insights.
  4. You can also switch on Allow AI summaries. This lets the practitioner ask for an AI summary of what you share. It goes to OpenAI without your name, but can include notes you wrote.

Until the practitioner accepts, they are listed under Waiting on them. They see nothing until they accept. Tap Withdraw to cancel the offer.

Changing or stopping

Practitioners you share with are listed under Sharing with, with when they last looked.

Their view of your diary stops straight away. Anything they already wrote down themselves stays with them.

What they can and cannot do

Practices near you

The Near you list shows practices found through Google. They are not part of VertigoMe and cannot see your diary.
