How VertigoMe tracks your exercise progress

Every finished exercise is saved, so you and your clinician can see what you have done and whether it helps.

Each session goes in your log

When you reach Round complete (or Done in the gaze trainer), VertigoMe saves the session as a relief under the exercise's name, for example "Epley maneuver" or "Balance retraining". You find it in the Journal tab with your other entries.

If you stop an exercise with STOP before the end, nothing is saved.

How helpful was it?

On the finish screen, tap None, Low, Mild or High under HOW HELPFUL WAS THIS?. This rating is stored with the session. Over time, Insights uses your logged reliefs and their ratings to show what seems to work for you.

Gaze training level

The gaze trainer has four levels. It shows your current level and how many sessions you have done this week, and moves you up as your sessions add up. See "Gaze stabilization training".

Exercise goals

You can set an exercise goal on the Monitor tab under Goals: choose Exercise, pick the exercise and set Times a day. Each session you finish from Home counts towards that goal. Sessions done during a spin are treated as part of that spin, so they do not count towards the goal.

Sharing with your clinician

Your sessions sit in your log alongside your spins, so you can show your ENT, neurologist or vestibular physiotherapist how often you have practised and how you rated each one.
