Welcome. This page walks you through making an account, one step at a time. Take your time. Nothing here can go wrong.

Before you start, make sure you can open your email on your phone. We send a confirmation link that you need to tap.
These steps are the same on iPhone and Android.
Step 1: Open VertigoMe
- Tap the VertigoMe icon.
- The first time, you see Welcome to VertigoMe. Tap Show me how it works.
- A few short slides follow. Tap Next to move on, Back to look again, or Skip to jump ahead.
Step 2: Open the email sign-up form
- You now see a screen that says Let's get you set up.
- Tap Continue with email. A small sign-in form opens.
- At the bottom, next to Don't have an account?, tap Sign up.
Step 3: Fill in the form
The Create account screen has three boxes.
- Tap Email and type the email address you use most.
- Tap Password and type a password you can remember. It needs at least 6 characters. If it is too short, the box says At least 6 characters.
- Tap Confirm password and type the same password again. If the two do not match, you will see Passwords don't match.
- Tap the tick box that starts I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You cannot create the account without it.
Step 4: Create the account
- Tap the Create account button.
- A small spinning circle may show for a moment. Please wait.
Step 5: Confirm your email
- The screen changes to Check your email. It tells you which address we sent the link to.
- Open your email app and look for a message from VertigoMe. Check spam or promotions if it is not in your inbox.
- Tap the link inside. This activates your account.
- Come back to VertigoMe and tap Go to sign in.
- Sign in with the email and password you just chose.
Step 6: You are in

If you forget your password
On the email sign-in form, tap Forgot password?. Type your email on the Reset password screen and tap Send link. We send you a link to choose a new password.
