What your 14-day free trial includes

When you sign up for VertigoMe, you get 14 days of Premium, which is everything in the app. There is no card to enter and no automatic charge. After 14 days you decide whether to subscribe or carry on with the free version.

These steps are the same on iPhone and Android.

Checking your trial

  1. Open the Home tab, the middle tab at the bottom.
  2. Near the top there is a banner, for example Premium trial — 12 days left. In the last week it turns orange, the wording changes, and a Subscribe button appears on it.

You can also check the plan card on your Profile screen (gear icon at the top left, then Profile). During the trial it says Trial and how many days are left.

What you can use during the trial

Everything is unlocked, including:

  1. Logging spins with the full Log Spin guide, the Quick Log on the Log tab and the Quick log strip on Home.
  2. The Daily Check-In to review your day.
  3. Your risk score and 7-day forecast, plus the Top contributors card and the Risk detail screen.
  4. Daily AI insights and the Well done card on Home.
  5. Ask VertigoMe, the chat that answers from your own data.
  6. Insights in full, including AI Recommendations, Accuracy, Pattern Analysis and Treatment Analysis.
  7. The Full Report, a PDF you can share with your ENT or neurologist.
  8. Full Journal history, with search and filters.
  9. The history graphs on the Monitor tab.
  10. Guided exercises, such as the Epley, Semont and BBQ roll manoeuvres, balance and habituation work, gaze training and the eye recorder.
  11. Questionnaires: the DHI, VSS-SF and hearing scores.
  12. Food Risk Analysis and the sodium verdict on the Sodium today card.
  13. Weekly recalibration, where the AI suggests updates to your setup.

If something says you cannot use it during your trial, that is a bug. Please email help@vertigome.com.

Your data stays

Nothing you log is deleted when the trial ends. If you subscribe later, it is all still there.

Do I need to do anything at the end?

No. There is nothing to cancel. We remind you about 3 days before the trial ends and again on the last day. If a notification cannot reach you, the last-day reminder comes by email. Then the trial ends quietly and the app carries on with the free features. See What happens when the trial ends.

Subscribing early

You can subscribe at any time:

  1. Tap the trial banner on Home, or
  2. Tap a locked feature, or
  3. Go to Profile and tap Upgrade on the plan card when it shows one.

The subscription screen shows a Monthly plan and a Yearly plan in your local currency. Tap the plan you want. Your phone then shows Apple's or Google's own payment screen.

Subscribing is a real purchase. The first charge happens when you confirm. It does not add another free period.

Cards and fees

We never ask for a card during the trial. Payments go through Apple on iPhone and Google on Android, and we do not store card details. To cancel a paid plan later, use the subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play, not VertigoMe.
