Quick Log on the Log tab

Quick Log lets you save one thing in a few taps without going through the full spin log. Each card opens a short form where you can pick from your full list, change the time and add a note.

Finding it

  1. Tap the Log tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Below the Log Spin, Daily Check-In and Food cards is a section titled Quick Log, with Log a single item without a full spin entry underneath.
  3. Tap the small (i) icon by the title for a reminder of what it is for.

The cards

  1. Spin (pink, Severity, symptoms, timing). Set Spin severity, pick the Kind of spin (optional) and any Symptoms (optional), and adjust the time. You can also record a short eye video for your doctor here.
  2. Headache (Head pain, where, timing). Rate head pain and mark where it hurts. This card only shows if the Headache page applies to your subtype.
  3. Prodrome. An early warning sign, such as ear fullness or feeling off-balance.
  4. Trigger. Something that may have set off a spin.
  5. Medicine. Anything you took, with the amount, how much it helped and any side effects.
  6. Relief. Something that helped, such as lying still or a dark quiet room, with how long and how much it helped.
  7. Activity / Missed, one card in two halves. Activity is What you did. Missed is What you didn't.

How the forms work

For Spin and Headache there is also Log now, fill in later. It saves what is on the form straight away.

How it differs from the Home row

The Quick log row on Home is one tap and done, with the time set to now. Quick Log on the Log tab gives you the full list, a time picker and notes.

If an item is missing

The forms show your lists. To add something new, tap the gear icon at the top left, then Manage Items, and open the right list. New items then appear in Quick Log.

Editing later

Every Quick Log entry appears in the Journal tab. Tap the ⋯ menu on it to edit or delete.
