The Daily Check-In is a short review of your day. It takes two or three minutes. You can skip any page.
These steps are the same on iPhone and Android.
Opening it
- Tap the Log tab.
- Under the Log Spin card, tap Daily Check-In (Review your day).
If you allowed notifications, a reminder arrives each evening at 8pm. Tap it to open the same screen. You can turn it off under Evening check-in in Data and Notifications.
How many pages?
The title shows where you are, for example Evening Check-in — 3 of 9. You always see the note page, the lists and the review. Some pages only appear when they apply:
- From your calendar, if you have allowed calendar access.
- How's the spin now? and Any lingering symptoms?, if you have a spin that is still open.
- Any side effects today?, once for each treatment you are on.
Page 1: Tell us about your day
- Type a few sentences in the box, or tap Voice and speak. For example: "Felt off-balance after lunch. Ears felt full. Took betahistine. Lay in a dark quiet room and it eased."
- Keep each thing separate. That helps the app match them.
- Tap Match & continue. The app picks out triggers, medicines, reliefs and more from your words and adds them to your review. You will see a line like Found 3 matches — added to review. If the box is empty, the button says Skip.
From your calendar
Events from today's calendar that look like activities, reliefs or stress triggers have already been added. Tap Undo on anything that is wrong.
If a spin is still open
How's the spin now? lets you mark it as ended or still going, and add new symptoms. Any lingering symptoms? is for recovery symptoms. What you tap is linked to that spin.
The list pages
Any triggers today?, Any warning signs?, Take any medicine?, Use any relief methods?, What did you do today? and Anything you didn't do? Each shows your items. Anything matched from your note is already selected. Tap anything else that applies, then Next.
Side effects
For each treatment you are on, tap any side effects you noticed today and add a note if you like.
Review and save
The last page shows everything you picked. Check it over and tap ✓ Save. You will see Saved.
Habits that help
- Doing it at about the same time each day makes your data more useful.
- It is fine to do it in bed before sleep.
- A check-in with just a note is still worth saving.
